Round Radar

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Lone Badger Tech, LLC ("we", "us") for using the Round Radar apps and website. By using Round Radar, you agree to them. If you use Round Radar on behalf of a golf course, the course agrees to them too, along with any separate course agreement.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Round Radar. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone.

Points, games and skins

Points have no cash value. Games, skins and standings in Round Radar are tracked in points for fun. Points can't be bought, sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for money, prizes or anything else. Round Radar doesn't facilitate, process or settle wagers. Any arrangement you make with other players outside the app is between you and them, and you're responsible for following the law where you play.

Yardages and course information

Distances, maps, scorecards and ratings are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date, especially where a shape is marked as estimated. Don't rely on them where accuracy matters (for example, in competitions that prohibit distance devices or require certified data). Always follow the course's rules and play safely.

Drink cart orders

  • Orders are fulfilled by the golf course, not by us. The course sets menus, prices and taxes, and is responsible for what it serves.
  • Alcohol is only for people 21 or older (or the legal drinking age where you are, if higher). Staff will check ID and may refuse service.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates. You can cancel an order until the course starts preparing it.
  • Payment is made to the course at the cart (cash, card, or tab) unless the app clearly offers in-app payment.

Respect for course staff and other players

Harassment of drink cart operators, course staff or other players is not tolerated. We, and courses, may suspend ordering, remove you from events, or close your account for abusive behavior, and we may share relevant information with the course or with law enforcement.

Content you post

You keep ownership of photos, posts and messages you share. You give us a license to host, display and distribute them to run Round Radar. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content and block other users; we review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules, and may remove the user who posted it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, abusing the SOS feature, placing fake orders, or using Round Radar to break the law.

Map data

Some course maps contain data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms in the app. You can stop using Round Radar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Round Radar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Lone Badger Tech, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

App store terms

If you got Round Radar from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no responsibility for the app or support. The same goes for Google Play's terms if you got it there.
